About North 41 Manufacturing

North 41 Manufacturing LLC is a U.S.-registered software company, formed in Massachusetts in January 2026. We build Lithic, an AI-first CNC pipeline that turns a plain-English description into verified CAD, CAM, and machine-ready G-code — showing what an AI-first approach to precision manufacturing can do.

What We Build

Lithic is software we design and run ourselves, not a tool we license. It plans a part, builds parametric STEP geometry, verifies every dimension on the actual solid, runs FEA, generates CAM toolpaths and G-code, and produces a costed quote — collapsing a process that normally takes days into minutes. The output is portable: you can send it to any qualified CNC shop, or run it on your own machines.

What We Don't Do (Yet)

We're a software company. North 41 does not operate an in-house CNC machine shop and is not ISO-certified. We are currently evaluating sites in the Northeastern U.S. for a future production facility. Until then, our product is Lithic, and every capability described on this site refers to what the software generates — not parts we have manufactured.

Quality by Verification

Our quality guarantee is verification, not a certificate. Lithic measures what it builds — every dimension, bore, and bolt-circle pitch checked against the request — and refuses work outside its deterministic 2.5–3 axis envelope rather than shipping a plausible-looking but wrong model. The pipeline is backed by 1,340+ automated tests that run on every change.
